Your partners advertise in your name. Do you know how?

As an affiliate manager, you are responsible for a program with dozens or hundreds of partners, but not for what each of them runs on Google or Bing. SEMSCOUT makes exactly that visible: which partner violates your program rules, since when, and how often. That way you reverse commissions in time, protect your honest partners, and have the answer ready before anyone asks.

Sample figures. Every finding is documented with a screenshot.

Commission for customers who were already yours.

We show you which partners cheat in search.

Most partners work cleanly. Some, however, earn their commission exactly where the customer is already on the way to you: in the search for your brand. They book your brand name as a keyword, copy your ad including your domain, and route the click through their tracking link, or they lure with vouchers and discounts your program does not allow. You would have won the sale without them. You pay the commission anyway.

To keep spot checks from catching this, such ads often run only at night or in individual regions. That is why SEMSCOUT searches like your customers do: around the clock, at random times, and from hundreds of locations. We follow every suspicious ad to its destination, determine partner ID and network from the redirect, and secure screenshots of the ad and landing page as evidence.

When the last click belongs to the wrong partner.

Whoever bids on your brand steals from your best partners.

A guide blog sparks interest, a comparison portal convinces, and shortly before the purchase the customer searches for your brand. With last-click attribution, the partner who slips in between with a search ad collects exactly then. The partners who did the real groundwork walk away empty-handed.

Their EPC drops, and so does their engagement. Anyone who tolerates brand bidding eventually loses exactly the partners who carry the program.

Not every brand ad is a violation.

Exceptions allowed. Alerts only when it matters.

Many programs work with exceptions: individual partners may bid on the brand with your explicit consent. You assign these partners to a separate category in SEMSCOUT. They trigger no alert and do not appear as a violation in your case list.

SEMSCOUT also checks ad copy for terms you do not want to see in your program, such as “voucher,” “official shop,” or exaggerated discount promises. You maintain the term list yourself. That way SEMSCOUT reports what really matters, and you don't argue with partners who followed every rule.

A slip-up or a pattern?

Notice, warning, or ban? The history decides.

A one-time mistake in a keyword setting is different from a partner who bids on your brand every week. SEMSCOUT brings all of a partner's cases together in one history, across search terms and time periods.

You reverse commissions from unauthorized clicks in every case, ideally still in the validation phase, before they are paid out. For the partner itself, you draw a clear line: first a notice, then a warning, and a ban for repeat offenses. If a partner objects, all cases with evidence are on the table.

When the SEA team or management asks.

You have the answer before the question comes.

Why have brand CPCs gone up? How clean is our partner program? Sooner or later these questions land on your desk, usually when it suits you least. With SEMSCOUT, you are the one who knows first.

Your SEA team and legal department get their own access and work with the same data. And in the next weekly meeting, you show not only that your program is clean, but how you keep it clean.
